• Organization management

To use Pigeon, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

You agree to use Pigeon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Pigeon offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payment terms are as follows:

• Free plan includes up to 5 boards per organization
• Pro plan ($8/month) and Enterprise plan ($25/month) require valid payment information
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You retain ownership of the content you create on Pigeon. However, you grant us certain rights:

• You own all content you create (boards, lists, cards)
• You grant us license to host and display your content
• We may use anonymized data to improve our services
• You are responsible for the content you upload
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• You can export your data at any time

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security:

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not sell your personal information
• We comply with applicable data protection laws
• We maintain audit logs for security purposes
• We notify you of any security breaches affecting your data

Pigeon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you lose access to your data
• We may retain data for legal or regulatory requirements
• Provisions that survive termination remain in effect
